- Gift Cards: Can be used to manage gift cards
- Enable Gift Card Tool:
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Gift Tool->Yes or No
- Sell Gift Cards
- Issue Store Credit
- Check Balance
- Add Money
- Gift Report
- Set Gift Card Number
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->Rule & Credit Card->Gift Card Digits->Save
E-Gift Cards
- How to Setup E-Gift Cards: Site must have online gateway to purchase gift cards online
- Enable E-Gift Cards:
- Go to Pos Access->Open Admin Window->Full Gift Card->Add Brand Name, use admin password and Enable E-Gift->Yes
- Enable in Pos:
- Go to Tools->Back Office->Apps->Gift Card->Gift Card Valid Digits must be (16)->Save. Under will appear Multi sites gift card identification: Brand Name
- Once it is enabled, Gift Card will show as an option on Online Ordering Website. There are different templates to choose for gift cards.
- Purchasing E-Gift Card:
- Go to Online Ordering Website->Gift Card->Choose template->Enter Gift Amount->Enter Personal Information->Message Optional->Hit Next-> Enter Contact Information->Enter Payment Information->Pay
- When finished buying e-gift card, an Order Placed message will appear with your gift card number and barcode. You will also receive a text message with the gift card number
- Using E-Gift Card as Payment:
- Make sure Gift Card is a form of payment accepted. Go to Order->Pay->Gift Card->Enter card number and pay
