- Login: Go to Login and enter your passcode. If you tap on the Login, it will log you out.
- There are 3 ways to Login
- Passcode
- Access Card
- Fingerprint
Login Settings
These are settings that can be enabled/disabled in the Back Office that pertain to Logging In/Out.
- Limit users to be logged onto one terminal
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->Rule & Credit Card->Single Login->Yes: Users can only be logged into one terminal at a time, logging into a terminal will log the user out of the other terminals No: Users can be logged into multiple terminals
- Whether it logs a user out after an action
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->Rule & Credit->Keep Logout->All: Logs out the user after any operation, Yes: Logs out the user after entering an order, No: Does not log out the user
- Set up Passcode
- New Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Employees->Edit User->Enter Passcode
- Advanced Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->Employee->User->Password
- Set up Access Card
- New Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Employees->Edit User->Enter/Swipe Access Card
- Advanced Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->Employee->User->User Card
- Set up Fingerprint
- Tools->Back Office->Employees->User->Finger->Enroll Finger Print
