- Ticket Layout- New Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Setup->Printer->Edit Printer
- Custom message at the bottom of receipt:
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->AD Line 1 and AD Line 2
- Printer Name: There are certain names that need to be used for printers
- Term- Printer connected to the front station for customer receipts
- Pack, Packer, or Bag- Prints tickets for server to deliver food
- Label- Printer that is a label printer
- Kitchen- Printer used to print order receipts
- Printer IP: Printer's IP Address
- Printer Type: Determines how printer layout will look like
