- General: There are many settings & tools that can enabled/disabled at any time
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General
- Business Info: Adjust the Business Name, Address(line 1 & 2), city, state, zip code, area code and phone number
- More Phones: Additional phone numbers that will be listed on printed receipts
- AD line 1/AD line 2/Web: Messages printed at the bottom of the receipt
- Bar: Checking categories here that contain alcoholic items will include their sales in a separate column called "Bar" for Sales Reports
- Geo lat, lng: Coordinates and Google map key
- Menu Layout: Number n of items shown per row in each category
- If n is 0, then it will automatically scale and fit all items depending on resolution
- Submenu: Number n of variations shown per items
- If an item has more variations than n, then the item will be split
- If n is 0, then variations wont show until clicked on
- Menu Style: Clicking the field will bring up a display for different formats for items shown
- Font Size: Font size for menu
- Show Picture: Clicking the field will bring up a display for different formats for pictures shown. 0 disables pictures from being shown
- Show Option: When 0, all modifiers are shown on one line
- When 1, each modifier has its own line under the item
- Show Modify: When 0, all special requests are shown on one line
- When 1, each special request has its own line under the item
- Language: Choose second language. The language tool will show in Tools and change system's language
- Default Theme: Different pre-configured themes for the Home Screen
- Values are 0-20, where 0 is the default theme
- Service charge & Tip rate(5%): For dine-in orders, number n of guests automatically charge % gratuity(tip rate)
- If a table has n or more guests, specified % gratuity will be charged
- Tip rate here defines the preset tip % when using Tip tool. 0%: Order->add tip->preset tip is set by amount
- First Weekday: Enter number n what the business considers the first day of the week
- Sunday-0, Monday-1, Tuesday-2, Wednesday-3, Thursday-4, Friday-5, Saturday-6
- Tip table print: Tip percentages printed at the end of the receipt and shown on second display
- Second field is for second display: 0- no default tip set, customer selects tip first then signs
- 1- 0% as default tip
- 2- 1st number in the tip table
- 3- 2nd number in the tip table
- 4- 3rd number in the tip table
- Check No to disable tip table from printing on receipts
- Tip rate validation: Controls the percentage of the total that users(without permissions) can add for tips
- If 0, then all users can add any amount of tips
- If user without permission tries to add tips above the allowed %, a window will prompt for a manager passcode
- Cash Receipt: Print: Prints cash receipts with items when closing a ticket by cash
- Yes: Prints cash receipts with only cash change/tendered printed
- Seat Mode: Seat & Line should be Yes
- 0: Disables seat button
- 1: Shows seat button with number
- 2: Shows seat button as only +
- 3: Shows seat button as undefined. Can place items under whole table and seat number
- 4: Shows separators in the cart for each seat number. Togo orders changes seats to bags
- Dinein: Print: Automatically prints customer receipt; updates will print tickets without header and price
- Update: When updating tickets the printer only prints the updated items
- Yes: Customer receipt will not automatically print after entering order
- No: Automatically prints customer receipt; updates will print tickets with header and price
- All Send: Same purpose as Dinein send but for other order types
- Yes: Customer receipt will not automatically print after entering order
- Delay Send: Same purpose as Dinein send but for other order types
- Yes: Customer receipt will not automatically print after entering order
- Send Button: If Dinein Send is Yes, then pressing Send will not print customer receipt, pressing Enter will print customer receipt
- If All Send is Yes, then same as above with Dinein Send
- Yes: Send button will enter order without printing a customer receipt
- Auto shift: Yes: When the day ends, resets ticket/order numbers
- Keep Unpaid: Use it when auto shift is No
- Yes: Current open orders will be left open the next shift when doing End Closing
- Online Order: Yes: Online order button is visible
- Show desc.: Yes: When clicking on the item name, it displays a description window
- Kwick Call: Yes: Skps the payment voiding interface when opening a closed ticket, if printed(green) will go to pay
- Smart Share: Yes: Allows other clocked in users
- Civilian Time: Yes: Uses AM/PM instead of military time
- Label Expand: For back printers only
- Yes: Each item on an order is printed separately
- Open Tab: To enable it, terminal needs to add a credit card machine
- Yes: Enables the Tab button to record customer payment information
- Tip after tax: Yes: Tips are added to orders' total amount
- Table required: Yes: Dinein orders require a table to be selected when entering order
- Tip Pool: Yes: Enables to share tips and sales in the same user group
- Ticket batch: Yes: When updating an order, the added items are not combined into the original orders' items(quantity does not increase for a duplicate item added) on the printed ticket
- Item Group: Yes: Duplicate items will be grouped together with the appropriate quantity
- The item's special requests and modifiers must also match to be grouped together
- Combine Mod: Yes: Duplicate modifiers will be merged together with the appropriate quantity
- Show M. price: Yes: Show the price of modifiers separately from item total
- Auto Batch: Yes: Credit card terminal will automatically batch at the end of the day
- Card Tip Paid: Yes: Tips on credit card transaction are paid to servers/waiters/etc
- Fee Paid: Yes: Delivery fees are paid to drivers
- Detail price: Yes: Customer receipt and credit card receipts are combine when printing the receipt
- Print Tipline: Yes: Prints a line for tips on credit card receipts
- Ticket tip tab: Yes: Tip table will be printed on customer receipt
- Partial Item: Yes: Weight amount less than 1 pound can be entered

- No: "Self" is assigned to the dine in orders
- Driver Selection: All: Any user can be assigned as the driver for delivery orders

- Order ID prefix: The entered string will precede ticket numbers

- Self Send: Yes: Guests who order from the tablet at the table can send tickets directly to the kitchen
- Quick Pay: Yes: After paying cash, there is no paid button pop-up, and no confirmation window pops out; also shows print button instead of cancel button
- Permanent Combine: Yes: Multiple tickets are permanently combined into one, the original ticket disappears
- No: Commission split; click Combine, then click Combine Pay(tips for separate users are preserved)
- Tip b4 Discount: Yes: Tips are added before discount is applied
- Tax b4 Discount: Yes: Tax is calculated before discount is applied
- Kwick Split: Yes: Enables Kwick Split, an alternative split/combine ticket interface
- Show dict b4 tax: Yes: Show discount before tax(just display order, not calculation)
- Tax Tool: Yes: The tax under the cart area is clickable to remove tax from the order
- Break In/Out: Yes: While clocked in, clickin on the clock in/out button will allow Break In(define the start of the break) and Break Out(define the end of the break); the break will also be reflected in the clockin records
- KD Pending: Yes: Enables the kitchen display to show pending order(current orders before entering) from the terminals in real time; the ticket number for pending orders are shown in a red box with a number not conforming to the orders
- Sort Opt: Yes: Modifiers after clicking on an item are automatically sorted after selection based on the order the modifiers defined in the item's settings
- Tax2 Print: Yes: Prints Tax2 on receipts under Tax
- No: Tax on receipts includes Tax and Tax2
- Count Print: Yes: Prints the number of items purchased on receipts
- Gift B. Print: Yes: Prints remaining gift card balance on order receipt after paying with a gift card
- Route Failed Print: Yes: Prints kitchen receipts on front terminal printers when back kitchen printers are offline
- No: Back kitchen receipts will not be printed if the printer is offline
- Parallel Print: Yes: When sending orders, all relevant printers will print their respective receipts at the same time
- CDS Total: Yes: Customer display will show the totals bar(subtotal, tax, total)
- No: Hides the totals bar at the bottom
- Report Detail Tips: Lunch, dinner, and etc sales have total tips with cash and card tip breakdowns
- Yes: Shows detailed tip breakdown in user reports
- Tax/Tax2/Tax3 Name: Set the names of the taxes or fees to be printed on receipts
- Unpaid Print: Yes: Receipts that still have a balance will have 'Unpaid: $ amount' printed below totals or items count
- Gift to Tip: Yes: When paying by gift cards, receipts will have a tip line
- Togo No Tax: Tax Tools must be yes
- Yes: Tax is not applied for togo(pickup & walkin) orders
- Right Click: Changes the action for right-clicking on items and categories
- Edit: Opens a window to add, delete, or edit an item(change name, position, price and variations) or category(change name and position)
- Desc: Opens a window with the item's description, ingredients list, price and the icons at the top right can be clicked to add a picture or enable Live Edit for the item
- Edge Mode: Surcharge % must be set
- Yes: Orders paid by card will hide the surcharge fee and adjust item prices to match total
- Email Receipt: Shows an e-receipt button on the order payment page
- Yes: Enables button to send receipt to phone number
- Service Charge: Enter the service charge(s) here with % for percentage and $ for flat dollar amounts
- Multiple service charges can be separated by colons
- Each service charge will show as a separate button on the Home page
- S. Charge Tax: Yes: The service charge above will be taxed
- Auto SMS Alert: Pickup orders with phone number registered
- Yes: Sends 'Order is ready' alert to customers when order is closed on kitchen display
- Saved to Term Print: For saved orders
- Yes: Print to original term printer
- No: Print to "msg/alert/notification" printers(will not print if these printers are missing)
- Soldout Tool: Yes: Enables Soldout button under Tools
- Item Chain Add: Yes: Enables +Next button when adding items with modifiers to the cart;adds item to cart with selected modifiers to the cart and resets modifiers to add the same item again with new modifiers

- CashDiscount Receipt: Yes: Prints the cash discount amount on customer receipts
