- Tools: There are more features that can be accessed when opened
- At the top, it will show the terminal’s IP address
- Message: Displays message that is written in Back Office
- Supplies: Lists KwickPOS POS system, thermal paper
- Receiving: Allows you to enter receiving product for inventory
- Payout: Allows you to do a Payout
- Refund: You can do a refund using a gift card, cash, debit, or credit card
- Gift Card: Opens the Gift Card interface
- Customer: You can look up a customer’s information
- Schedule: You can add a work schedule but it is very limited. Only acts as a record
- Open Draw: It will open the cash drawer when pressed
- Cashier Report: Lists orders closed by each user, including a summary of order count and total amounts by payment type
- User Report: Summary report of all users’ sales, voids, receivable amount and settled amount
- Report: End of day report that includes different breakdowns
- End Closing: Used to close out an employee’s cash register and check their money count
- Live Menu: Used to make changes to the menu without going into the Back Office
- Enable: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->Rule & Credit Card->Live Edit->Yes
- User Jobs: Shows all orders under each employee
- Map: It will display a google map and show all delivery orders
- Marketing Tool: Opens the marketing tool interface in the portal
- Referral: Allows you to submit a referral to receive a reward
- Cash Count: Used to keep track of how much money is in a cash register
- Sold Out: Can determine if items are sold out
- Enable: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Soldout Tool->Yes->Save
- Device Status: Will display all devices and their status of being online/offline
- Reset: Will let you to refresh the screen
- Layout: Will let you to customize the interface
- Fullscreen: It will put the pos into fullscreen mode
- Self Help: It takes you to the kwickpos website
- Recall: Used to recall current/past orders
- Online On/Off: It will show different settings for online ordering
- Clock In: Used to clock in/clock out
- Logout: Will log out the user currently logged in
- Back Office: It will take you to the back office settings
- Exit POS: It will close out the pos completely(works for windows)
