Inventory: Can be used to keep track of inventory

• It will have a receiving, products, setting, and vendor tab to fill out information.

Products: Can fill in UPC, quantity, category, name, cost, price, unit, link, vendor, description, document and picture

Setting: There are different settings that can be turned on/off:

Those functions in green box are working fine. Others will be improve later.

Vendor: Can fill in different vendor information to keep as a record.

Auto sync from menu import. It only worked on the category with different names in different menus.

1. Added new columns in Excel files: Cost, Vendor, UPC, and Quantity. Extended a new page called “Vendors”.

2. Items and modifiers will auto-sync in inventory with ID, UPC, Product Name, Cost, Price, Quantity, Unit, and KPID. Vendor information will be updated on a separate page in New Backoffice—>Inventory—>Vendor.

3. Those values contain UPC, Price, Quantity of items, and modifiers will be updated in New Backoffice→Menu→Item information.

Notes:

The first time importing an Excel file should be from Menu—>category—>Import.   Never use the inventory to export and import the files for now!!! (09/18 version)

Receiving with Inventory:

Search the UPC code and the existing item’s name will list the item’s information in the Receiving page.

Update the value of the Cost and Quantity will be added to the value on the special items. For example, The item A cost $2.5 and quantity 10, when you enter the value as cost 5 and quantity 20, the cost and quantity the updated amount of this item will change to cost $7.5 and quantity 30.

You cannot enter the cost value only in the Receiving, must contain the Quantity values. But you can enter only the quantity value!!!

Once you add the information in Receiving, the Inventory/Menu will be update as well.

Add new items by scanners. When you scan a new bar code (12 digital or more), here will pop out a Adding page to allow you choose a category of this new item. You can add Name/Price/Cost/Quantity of this new item. Then Menu/Inventory will add this new item at the same time.

Interface: Need to enable the Tree menu in Tools--> Back Office-->SetUp-->Orders-->Menu Layout-->Tree menu mode for full screen layout. Then go back to Tools-->Layout--> choose the last one to active the Tree menu interface.
