3. In the previous version, at Pick up/Walkin > name, physical keyboards would automatically delete special characters and 0-9 characters, while the POS virtual keyboard would not check for these. In the current version, 0-9 characters are no longer automatically deleted from both physical and virtual keyboards, and checking for special characters has also been added to the POS virtual keyboard. 4. In the current version, tip suggestions can now be set to a fixed dollar amount. You can configure the fixed dollar tip amount by navigating to Tools > Back Office > Setup > Tips > Tip Suggestions. [Ticket #158493]





In the current version, if a printer is in native mode when you attempt to edit its settings, you will be redirected to the advanced page for modifications.[Ticket #16074]


2. In the current version, when in Native Yes mode, the updated ticket will print "TOGO" at the bottom for pickup and walk-in orders.[Ticket #156750]

3. In the previous version, for this combination of settings: General > Language > Korean; New Mode order printer; Prints the second language. But the special request will not print the second language that is set. Now, it will print the special request’s 2nd language if Korean is chosen as the system language. [Ticket #154879]
The current version includes optimizations for the Pay First function. Previously, there was a risk of data loss during the order entering process, leading to errors and extra pay. This issue has now been resolved.[Ticket #160825]
In the previous version, if you closed a pre authorized ticket when the ticket has a balance of $0.00, then the batch will fail. In this version, pre authorized tickets that are closed with a balance of $0.00 are dealt with accordingly and the batch will be successful. [Ticket #150158]
1. Enable the new setting in New Backoffice > Setup > Report Format > Allow selection of multiple users. This is a new feature that allows you to select multiple users in the user report. This function can only be used when auto shift is enabled.

3. In the previous version, there is a bug that will occasionally cause a price loss in items when using KDS or delay function. This would result in a discrepancy between the item sales report and sales report. Now, when generating reports, if a price missing is detected, then it will find the original price and adjust the report accordingly. [Ticket #160907]
In the previous version, when using the receiving function, it will reload every time when you adjust quantity, user have to open the receiving tool again. In the current version, it will only reload after you close the receiving tool [Ticket #156377]
In the previous version, using the search tool for the retail mode does not allow for negative stock to be entered into the cart. Now we allow to enter the negative inventory items by using the search tool. [Ticket #158196]
- In the previous version, when using the new inventory interface to enter the cost of item, it would miss decimal places, for example if you enter 23.50, it will become 2350, and in this version we fixed this problem. [Ticket #160590]
- In the current version, the alert function is enabled for the table timer. The system allows customization of the time after which an alert will be sent if an order remains on the table beyond the set duration.
- The time can be set by navigating to Tools > Back Office > Employees > Users, selecting a user to edit, and entering their phone and email information. After that, the time can be configured in the real-time alerts section.[Ticket #156791]

3. In the previous version, Tools > Back Office > Employees > Users > Real time alerts, if "Batch" was checked, when there was a Dine-in Order with an amount greater than $200, the User would receive a notification about "Dine in amount > $200" if they had filled out their SMS and email information. This issue has been fixed in this version. [Ticket #157997]
4. In the previous version, there is no restriction when doing a payout, if the house cash is not enough, it will still allow you to do the payout. In the new version, if that user’s house cash is not enough for the payout, it will not allow them to do the payout. [Ticket #160136 ]

Note: If Advanced > General > User Add tips is Yes, adding tip at the payment page will be not affected by this percentage

In the previous version, if the customer wanted to make payment using a gift card during QR table ordering, the tip section would be hidden. This bug has been fixed.


In the previous version, if the online theme is future, the trailing zero in the decimal place will be omitted. In this version, we will make the decimal place be 2 digits.

2. In the previous version, if a customer logged in, the customer name didn’t show on the page. And if a customer logged out, the customer name still showed on the page. The bug has been fixed.

3. In the previous version, a customer logged in, clicked the login name and wanted to make an account change, the changes couldn’t be saved. This bug has been fixed.

4. In the previous version, a logged-in customer couldn’t view order history details or place an order using order history. This new version allows logged-in customers to view order history details or place an order using order history.


7. In the previous version, customers could sign up without a password. This bug has been fixed.
In this version, in the qr table checkout page, customers cannot edit their first name and phone number.
