POS:
In the previous version, when the Ticketing feature was enabled, after you click on “Ticketing” and select the number of guests, you would need to use “SrvChange” to transfer the order to another Server's name. In the current version, another server can directly Click on the table, and any orders created using Ticketing will appear here. The server can just click the order number showing, and the order will transfer to the server.
And by clicking 'Normal', you can also place orders as in the Normal mode. Note: Using Ticketing requires turning on Kwick Call, otherwise clicking on the table will enter the Payment Screen instead of the Ticketing mode.[Ticket #163032]
In the previous version, if Korean was selected as the 2nd language, an order printer in NEW mode with settings to print the second language first and print modifier in a new line, will have the 2nd language special request separated from the 2nd language. This bug is now fixed. [Ticket #154879]
In the previous version, when selling a gift card, the printed date did not include the year, and the dollar sign was incorrectly positioned. This issue has now been fixed and properly adjusted in the current version.[Ticket #152507]
4. We can customize the name of the tip in the back office > setup > taxes&fees, such as 'Gratuity'. However, when a customer leaves a gratuity, the printed receipt still includes an additional 'Extra Gratuity', which causes confusion. In the current version, no matter how you name the tip, an 'Extra Tips' is always printed.[Ticket #166081]
Merchants can now void online order payments in POS if they have an online magnesia gateway with EPX/FirstData processor. [Ticket #165753]
Online order payment with magnesia gateway and EXP/FirstData/TSYS processors are allowed to be refunded in the online portal. [Ticket #165754]
When using a second display, if two chip errors occur on the first attempt and the customer clicks "Retry," there is a possibility that the wrong amount could be charged. In the current version, a new option has been added under Setup > Orders > MISC > Hide retry on customer display. Enabling this setting will hide the "Retry" option on the customer display when a payment fails, helping to prevent incorrect charges.[Ticket #144243]
4. In the previous version, when using both the cash discount and customer display, if the customer display refreshed while the customer was selecting a tip, the PAX terminal would charge only the tip amount.[Ticket #166452]
1. In the previous version of the Clock-In Report, the Tip’s column and Total’s column displayed incorrect values pulled from other columns. This issue has now been resolved, and the values are correctly displayed in their respective columns.[Ticket #160510]
2. Modified the New Backoffice > Setup > Report Format > Show CC Term Type . In the current version, we can check the different cc types transactions under Card Paid in both Sales report and user report.
2. In the previous version, you was not allowed to add space when entering a customer name at "Cart > Name". In the new version, this was fixed, so spaces are allowed when entering customer names. Additionally, searching customers by using a combination of firstname and lastname is also allowed. [Ticket # 163345]
3. In this new version, there is a new permission for backoffice that is editable for manager roles only. The owner's backoffice permission will always be enabled, and cannot be changed. Other non-manager roles’ backoffice permission will always be disabled, and cannot be changed. Even manager roles have permissions to enter backoffice, backoffice permissions column will be hidden from them. [Ticket # 164780]
4. In the previous version, if the setting Setup > Orders > Cart > Show pending orders in KDS is enabled, then when there is a pending order, the KDS and PDS screen would be blank and not display any orders. This bug has been fixed. [Ticket #156749]
5. In the previous version, if a merchant unselected all rooms for an item, this item wouldn’t be displayed in all rooms. But this will cause some problems if we upgrade an old version pos to a new version pos. In this version, we add a new switch: setup -> order -> misc - > Unselect all rooms for a item will hide it for all rooms. Only if this option is enabled, any item with no selected display rooms will be hidden from all rooms. This switch only takes effect when all rooms are unselected. It does not affect item display if some rooms are selected and others are not.6. In the previous version, some merchants complained that when they split the order, the Save button gives them confusion. Therefore, in the new version, we add a new switch at setup -> order -> misc -> Disable save option on split page. After you have enabled this, the system will not allow them to click onto the Save button when performing the split. [Ticket #161954]
7. In this version we also add a switch to disable showing percentage of gratuity on the customer receipt, we can enable this switch at set up > tips > no show tip percentage on customer receipt.
8. In the new version, we support using the new KDS bumper type: Pos Bank. You need to adjust the bumper type in the Setup > Orders > Cart > Bumper Type

10. In the current version we add a switch to hide none-CC old ticket shows on the user report, once enabled this setting, it will only show old tickets that were paid by credit card. You can enable this setting at setup -> report format -> Deferred Paid Only for CC [Ticket #164213]
Online:
In this version, when online order has the future theme, when customer orders using the phone, there will be a search bar on the menu page.
2. After signing up on kwickmenu, it will use this information to auto login.
3. In the previous version, when the online delivery fee is not taxable but discountable and a customer placed an order with a discount code, the tax is wrong. This bug has been fixed.
4. In the previous version, the mobile version allowed customers to place orders without selecting the order type when entering the cart page for the second time, this bug has been fixed.
5. In this new version, google login is supported.
6. In the new version, we allow merchants to set a threshold amount. When the subtotal reaches this amount, no delivery fee will be charged. This only works if the merchant has a POS beta version, and set the threshold amount in backoffice > apps > online order > remove delivery fee when online subtotal reach.
7. In the new version, for future ordering, we've added a new option "Allow same-day future pre-ordering", and changed "Allow future ordering" to "Allow future-day pre-ordering".
8. In the new version, we have added a closed notification in kwickmenu. When Portal's Online is off, or when the store is not within business hours, the page will display a notification indicating that orders are not being accepted at this time.
9. In previous versions, if the kwickdriver feature was enabled, merchants couldn't use Future Ordering for both pickup and delivery. In the current version, we allow Future Ordering and pickup to be used simultaneously while kwickdriver is enabled.
