In retail mode, if an inventory item is not displayed on the menu > list page. then add this item to the cart and enter. Then go back to edit it, the whole order would not show in the cart. This is fixed in the new version [Ticket #163520]

In the new version, we can now enable New BackOffice > Setup > Report Format > Report Merge 3PP Data, and then in the related reports(Report, User report, Sales overview, Sales report, Month Sales, By order type) will merge 3pp data into the Grand Total and not listed separately.

2. In the previous version, if an employee swiped a card to log in, accessed the 'User Report', logged out, and then swiped the card again, the 'User Report' page would appear blank instead of logging the user in as expected. This bug has now been fixed. [Ticket # 164250]

In the previous version, when the customer enabled keep logout for all, user login and click on their user report, when next login, it will pop the user report again without click on the user report, we fix this in this version
Merchants can now collect loyalty member information at the loyalty redeem page when necessary details are missing. If a loyalty member's profile lacks required information (name, email, or card number), merchants can enter these details during the payment process. For members with complete profiles, this field remains disabled to maintain data integrity.
In this version, we added a feature to warn the merchants about unstable internet connections. After enabling this setting in backoffice > setup > orders > misc > Local network check reminder, merchants will be able to see the warning on the right upper corner if the internet connection is unstable.



5. Improvements on Happy Hour Schedule
- Remove the default discount percentage by 20%
- Updated time format of “Begin/End time” to military time format
- Items selection: previous if you change the discount amount, you have to reselect all the items, which is inconvenient. In the new version, once you update the discount amount, the new discount amount/percentage will be applied to all selected items.
7. In the new version, customer names in pickup, walk-in, and delivery modes now support hyphens(-). The search function has been updated to recognize and return results for names containing hyphens.
8. In the previous version, enable display sort in backoffice, the cart order is wrong, it will not be sorted by category id. This bug is now fixed in the current version.

9. In the current version, we optimize the split function, after splitting, the associated order number will be displayed on the order page. In the image below, it means order 1009 and order 1010 come from order 1008. And when you click on one of these orders it will show like this, you can click on the related order and do the payment


10. in new version we optimize the waiting list, there is a switch at Advance -> General -> New Wait list, after enable this, here is how the waiting list page looks like, it will allow you to see the real time seat occupation, it will help sever know which table is empty and help them seat the customer.


Online:
In BackOffice > Apps > Online Order, we've added a new feature, Online gratuity(%), which allows merchants to automatically add a certain percentage of tips to each Online order. If a customer chooses to Add Tip, this tip will be combined with the auto gratuity and sent to the POS together. It will be displayed as 'OnlineKP Gratuity' in the User Report.
