POS

Orders:

  • In the previous version, when ordering too many items like 60 different items, CDS will freeze and get stuck. We fix this issue in this version.
Print:

  • In the previous version, if an item has a special request with price or modifier with price on the customer receipt, it will add the special request/modifier’s price to the item total again. We fix this issue in this version.[Ticket #195581]


  • In the previous version, when they update a ticket it will not add the mods price to the base price on the kitchen receipt. We fix this issue in this version.[Ticket #181749]


  • In the current version, we have optimized the Seiko printer logic in multiple areas to prevent printing garbled text, such as in cash refund, loyalty, and waiting list print jobs.


  • In the current version, we can reprint the customer receipt of the previous orders with original order time and date on it. We can enable this feature "Print with original date and time" by going to the New back office -> Setup -> Order -> MISC.


  • In the previous version, after adjusting tips in the credit report the total number and charge amount of the cc receipt printed out of the orders interface is not correct. We fix this issue in this version.


  • In this new version, we added an option to reprint the refund receipt. [Ticket #196897]


  • In the previous version, if the kitchen printer was set to Staff 1 / Staff 2 / Staff 3 and the printer model was Dotmatrix, customer names containing spaces would only print the part before the first space. This issue has been fixed in the current version — the full customer name will now be printed correctly.


  • In the previous version, when price display was enabled and multiple special requests were added using the keyboard, some special requests would be hidden on the customer receipt. This issue has now been fixed — all special requests will appear correctly.[Ticket #196534]

Payment:
  • In the previous version, when you enter the order first, then use Magtek to do the pre-auth, it will not record the customer information correctly. We fix this issue in this version.


  • In the previous version, if you use the open tab and enable pay with a different card. When you do partial payment, if the first payment uses a new card, it will always charge the full amount, and our database will only record the partial amount. We fix this issue in this version.


  • In the new version, using a MagTek device on iPad, you can save a credit card under a phone number. The next time the same customer places an order using that phone number, tapping VISA will bring up the saved card. By selecting the saved card, the order can be paid without swiping the card again. Each phone number can be linked with multiple cards. To enable this feature, go to Setup > Payments > Credit Setting > Save CC Token for Future Payments.

Report:
  • In the previous version, if you delete some item, the sales report’s Category, Menu, Menu Group breakdown will not record the deleted item’s sale amount. We fix this issue in this version.


  • In the previous version, if you enable the civilian time to YES, then on the user report the start time will be incorrect, in the current version, we fixed it.

Other:
  • In the current version, we optimize the CDS to avoid CDS freeze, and can not talk to credit card machines.


  • In the previous version, at Inventory > Stock > If you click on a category with a space, it will search the items and replace the space with '%20', so when it searches it will not be able to find the items with that category. We fix this issue in this version. [Ticket #186228]


  • In the previous version for CDS, when a customer is at the tip suggestion page and uses the custom tip, then if the server clicks the skip tip button using credit card to pay, it will cause the custom tip page to still show there in the CDS. We fix this issue in this version. 


  • In the current version, we allow the waiting terminal to automatically refresh when no operation for 15 seconds.


  • In the previous version, after we make a cash pay order in Kiosk, then after entering this order from saved, if we want to edit this order by adding new items, the original items showing on the KDS will disappear. We fix this issue in this version. This feature can be found “update ticket create new ticket on KDS" by going Setup > Orders > KDS in the new back office. [Ticket #194945]


  • In the previous version, When selecting a phone in the order history for the delivery order, then after clicking 'No, input address', the focus is still on the phone number but not the address. We fix this issue in this version.


  • In the new version, we’ve added two new features for the table tablet:

  • 1): Ordering Time Interval Setting: You can now set a time interval between order rounds—for example, customers can place one round of orders every 15 minutes. This can be configured under Apps > Tablet iPad > Time Between Order Rounds.

  • 2):Fractional Item Limits: Items can now be limited per person as a fraction. For example, two people can share one portion (0.5 per person). This setting can be configured under Back Office > Menu > Item > Update Item > Person Order Limit.
  • In the new version, added a switch to disallow the user batch when there are still open orders. Switch is at Back Office > Setup > Payments > Credit Settings > Require All Tickets Closed Before Manual Batch.


  • In the old version, sending e-receipts via email did not work. This issue has been fixed in the new version.


  • Fixed an issue where scale input would automatically populate the payment amount field in the old version. [Ticket #191130]


  • A new setting has been added in the new version to control how many tickets are loaded on the Kitchen Display. You can configure this under Setup -> Order -> KDS -> KDS Show ticket limit.
