POS:

Orders:
  • In the new version,The Open Tab process has been optimized so that users are required to be authorized first before entering orders.
  • In the current version, we have added a new setting "Mark Delivered order also close by Cash" in New Back Office > Setup > Orders > MISC. This feature allows tickets with multiple delivery tickets to be marked as delivered and closed with a Cash payment all at once. To enable this feature, "Mark delivered order" must be turned on. Note: Click “En Route” to unmark the delivered status, but doing this will not open and void the cash payments. You must manually enter each ticket individually to open and void the cash payments. [Ticket #221974]
  • In the current version, we have added two new settings in Advanced Back Office > System > General: "Customized Tips" and "Customized Discount". These two settings allow merchants to customize different percentages, up to 6 options. If left blank, the default selections will be used. Note: They must be separated by a comma. For example, “1%,3%,4%,10%,20%,20%” or “1,3,4,10,20,25”

Customized Discount: 

  • In the old version, the table change function sometimes did not work properly. When clicking the “Table Change” button, the current table would remain highlighted, preventing switching to another table. This issue has been fixed in the new beta version. [Ticket #224454]
  • In the new version, a new “Cent Adjust” function has been added to round down cents. There are three rounding options: -5, -10, and -25, which would round the amount to the nearest 5, 10, or 25 cents respectively. This setting can be configured under Rule & Credit Card > Cent Adjust.
Print:
  • In previous versions, when an item has nested modifiers, the second-level modifiers were not printed when the modifier print control was set to yes in native yes mode for the kitchen printer. In the current version, it has been fixed.[Ticket #206539]
  • In previous versions, when the order was paid through 3rd-party in edge mode, the customer receipt showed an incorrect price that included the surcharge. In the current version, this issue has been fixed. [Ticket #227254]
  • In the new version, a new option has been added to print tip suggestions on the credit card receipt based on the total ticket amount. This is useful when customers make partial card payments. In the previous version, tip suggestions were always calculated based on the actual card transaction amount. With this setting enabled, tip suggestions will now be printed according to the total order amount. Configure at BackOffice > Setup > Tips > “CC Tip Suggestions based on Total/Subtotal at Partial Pay.” [Ticket #226842, #226694]
Report:
  • Added separate Void Report and Discount Report to track when voids or discounts that are made, including amount, server, approver, and detailed information.
  • In the new version, on the Item Sales Report, merchants can choose the top 10,15,20,25,30 items to display.
  • In the previous version, if an item had a $1 discount and was split into 10 items, the User Report would incorrectly show 10 item discounts totaling $10 instead of a single $1 discount. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #227749]
Other:
  • In the previous version, when “GTip No Limit” was unchecked and the item was non-discountable, GTip could not be added. This bug has now been fixed.[Ticket #226867] 
  • In the new version, for the retail kiosk mode, the cart overview page will display subtotal amount, instead of total amount.
  • In the new version, our POS now supports voiding cash payment gift sales under Tools > Gift > Gift Report > Select Gift Card > Usage > Void. After voiding a cash payment gift sale, it will also be removed from the report.[Ticket # 215979]
  • In the new version, a new feature has been added to the earn rule of the loyalty program. Merchants can now set specific earning rules based on customer tier levels.
  • In the new version, we've added a setting to restrict tab closure. When enabled, open tabs can only be closed on the terminal where they were originally created. Merchants can enable this setting by navigating to Setup >Payment >Credit Settings >Restrict Open Tab to Original Terminal.[Ticket # 227965]
  • For Kiosk, when customers pay with cash, an instruction appears at the end of the transaction (e.g., “Take the receipt to the cashier”). In the old version, the font was too small. In the new version, the font size has been increased to make it more noticeable to customers. [Ticket #181221]

Other:
  • In the previous version, when using the online reservation tool, if the current day was closed, the time selection would become empty and remain empty even after changing the date. This bug has now been fixed.
  • In the previous version, QR Pay tip surcharge was missing for custom tips. This bug has been fixed.
