  1. Dinein: It will display a table map in which you can add other sections/rooms as well
  • Dinein Settings:
  • Whether you want to assign a server to an order:
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Server Selection->All: Requires a user to be selected for dine in orders, Yes: Only shows users that have clocked in when selecting users for dine in orders, No: Self is assigned to the dine in orders
  • Printer Settings for Dinein order only:
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Dinein Send:
              • Print: Automatically prints customer receipt; updates will print tickets without header and price, Update: When updating tickets, the printer only prints the updated items, Yes: Customer receipt will not automatically printer after entering order, No: Automatically prints customer receipt; updates will print tickets with header and price
  • Printer settings for other order types:
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->All Send:
      • Yes: Customer receipt will not automatically print after entering order, No: Customer receipt will automatically print after entering order
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Delay Send:
      • Yes: Customer receipt will not automatically printer after entering order, No: Customer receipt will automatically print after entering order
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Send Button:
      • If Dinein Send is Yes, then pressing Send will not print customer receipt, pressing Enter will print customer receipt, If All Send is Yes, then same thing will happen with Dinein Send, Yes: Send button will enter order without printing a customer receipt
  • Whether tables are required for Dinein orders
    • New Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Setup->Order Types->Dine In->Table required for dine in orders->Check/Uncheck
    • Advanced Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Table Required:
      • Yes: Dinein orders require a table to be selected when entering order, No: Dinein orders do not require a table to be selected when entering order
  • Whether customer’s information is required for Dinein orders
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Dinein Name:
      • Yes: Clicking on tables will ask for the customer’s name, phone number and email address, No: Clicking on tables will not ask for the customer’s information
  • Enabling/Disabling Dinein orders:
    • New Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Setup->Order Types->Dine In: Enable this order type box can be checked or unchecked to enable/disable Dinein orders
    • Advanced Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->Rule & Credit Card: Order Types: Dinein box can be checked or unchecked to enable/disable Dinein orders
  • Dinein Togo order printer settings:
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->Rule & Credit Card->ToGo Kitchen Split: Yes: Dinein togo item is printed to kitchen printer in a separate ticket with ticket header “walkin”, No: Dinein togo item will not be printed to kitchen printer in a separate ticket with ticket header “walkin”
  • New Back Office Dine In Settings:
    • Tools->Back Office->Setup->Order Types->Dine In:
    • Change Enter button to send to kitchen printers only
    • Allow server to set item delay time
    • Allow table combine
    • Table required for dine in orders
    • Kwick guests selection screen
    • Allow table sharing
    • Disable room name
    • Number of guests required
    • Open update view when click on orders
    • Enable quality of service
        • QOS time interval “n” minutes, Change table color to Blue, Orange, or Brown
        • QOS tending button
      • QOS plated button
      • QOS party button
      • QOS refill button
    • Delay time for QR table ordering “n” minutes (99 for read only menu)
    • New ticket auto assigned to the login user
    • Allow user to assign server from clocked in users
    • Allow user to assign server from all servers
  • Set up table layout:
    • New Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Setup->Room & Table
      • + New Section: Used to add a new section to table layout
      • Del Section: Used to delete a section from table layout
      • Edit Section: Used to edit the selected section
      • QR Code: Generates QR codes for each table that links to the online website. Can also use KP QR codes and link to table
      • Section Name: Lists the section’s name
      • Squares: Used to make the table layout. Click on a square and add table name, guest count and shape of table. Can drag and drop tables.
    • Advanced Back Office: Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General
      • Can make the table layout the same way as the New Back Office
      • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->Seats
      • Can set tables to specific users and specific stations
  • Enable/Disable Seat Tool:
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Seat & Line
      • Yes: Displays the Seat with +/- buttons for tables with seat numbers, No: Disables Seat Tool
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Seat Mode
        • 0: Disables seat button
      • 1: Shows seat button with numbers
        • 2: Shows seat button only. Use seat + to add a seat
        • 3: Seat button will add and edit fast. Seats/bags switched in Togo orders
      • 4: Shows separators in the cart for each seat number. Togo orders changes seats to bags
  • Printing items with seat number:
    • Tools->Back Office->Advanced->System->General->Print with Box:
    • Yes: Items belonging to the same seat number will print together in a box from order/back printers
  • QR Table settings:
    • Tools->Back Office->Apps->QR Table Order:
    • Order Auto Send: Order auto sent to kitchen with validation; Yes or No
    • Order Availability Control: With access control, table has to be opened by Host or Server first; Yes or No
    • Customer Location Detection: Block customer from abusing QR table ordering feature from other places; Yes or No
    • Skip Payment and Tip Page: If Yes, Checkout is the final page. If No, Payment & Tip page will show; Yes or No
    • Customer Information(Whether the information is needed or not):
        • Customer Name: Required, Optional, or Hide
        • Customer Phone: Required, Optional, or Hide
        • Customer Email: Required, Optional, or Hide
        • Number of Guests: Required, Optional, or Hide
        • Customer Password: Required, Optional, or Hide
    • Features:
        • Customer Share Cart: If enabled, customers of the table share one cart; Enabled or Disabled
        • Show Item Owner: If enabled, item in carts showed with Seat ID; Enabled or Disabled
        • Pay Later: If enabled, orders accepted before payment; Enabled or Disabled
    • Customer Actions from their devices(customers can use these actions if enabled):
      • Server Assistant: Enabled or Disabled
      • Drink Refill: Enabled or Disabled
      • Big Thumber: Enabled or Disabled
      • Manager Assistant: Enabled or Disabled
    • Order Control By Table (Number of Guests required):
      • Total Items: Control how many items guests can order
        • In Time Period: Control how long guests can order items
    • Order Control By Device:
        • Number of Devices: Control how many devices can place orders
        • Order Frequency: Control how frequent guests can place orders
        • Items per Order: Control how many items guests can order
    • Message of the Day(maximum 120 letters):
        • You can type a message to show on all mobile devices
