Bugs & Feature on POS:
1. The delivery status of orders can now be updated. If the system setting Setup > Orders > MISC > Mark Delivered Order is enabled, all users can change the delivery status on the Orders > Detail page by clicking the Server. Delivery orders can be filtered by two statuses: Delivered and En Route.[Ticket #142105]

3. In the current version, when using the price tool to adjust prices with (+ Addition % and + Price Add $), entering the price via keyboard or touchscreen will now correctly display the updated price in the top-right corner. (In the previous version, it showed $0 when using the keyboard.) Additionally, the All Items function now selects all items in the cart for price adjustments, ensuring that no item, including those with a $0 price, is missed.[Ticket # 145399]

5. Added the ability to search customers by Name in customer information screen (pick up, walk in, and delivery). [Ticket #141667]

- Added a new switch "Advanced > General >print year" to control whether to print year of the date on customer receipt and credit card receipt [Ticket # 142437]


1. In the current version, after configuring Magensa TEConnect, the key-in function can be enabled to allow remote payment acceptance within an iframe. The following details must be filled in the pos system:[Ticket # 146334]

- Terminal Configuration:Set the Credit Processor IP to MagTek-tip,Set the Credit Processor Type to MagTek

1. Modified the New Backoffice > Report > Item Sales Report. Now the item sales report will include a list of modifiers sold for each individual item. [Ticket # 141696]


We fixed the problem when an online order is paid with a gift card, the ticket in the POS online tab shows an amount with a surcharge when it shouldn’t.

In BackOffice > Apps > Online Order, We’ve enabled online order payment with gift cards and verification options. Currently online gift card payment doesn’t support partial payment. This feature only works with new version POS
- SMS verification: this is under development
- Phone verification: when a customer tries to place an online order with a gift card number, the phone number must match the phone number associated with the gift card
- No verification: as long as you have the gift card number and there are sufficient balance in it, you can make the payment


1. In BackOffice > Apps > Online Order, We have enabled online delivery start time and end time, but this feature only works with POS version later than 06/13/24

1. Portal > online order, we‘ve optimized the display of online order tickets that were paid with gift cards.
- We’ve changed the text in the green area from “Paid Card” to “Paid Gift” with the gift card number.

3. Online orders can now be voided in POS. This function is now supported for a total of 4 processors, including 3 newly added ones—TRX, Authorize.Net, and Magensa, along with CardConnect, which was already supported in previous versions.
