POS:

Orders:
  • In the previous version, for online orders with local modifiers, when the order entered POS and the item was re-edited, the local modifier quantity would display as "undefined". After removing the modifier, the entire item price would become "NaN".This issue has now been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #214062]


  • In the previous version, when an item had a modifier or special request, the "Split by Seat" feature did not work properly and sometimes appeared grayed out. This issue has now been fixed in the new version.[Ticket #213206]
  • In the previous version, when an item group was set to “No”, adding a new item via the "+" button while updating an order would not separate the new item from the original item. This caused an issue where, if the happy hour period had ended, adding a happy hour item in this way would still apply the discount. In the new version, items added via "+" always appear separately from the original item. [Ticket #211210]


  • In the previous version, on the ordering page, if the items in the cart are long enough to scroll and you clear all modifiers of an item then submit, this entire item disappears from the cart when adding modifiers again. However, the items still appeared on the checkout page and printing pages.This issue has now been fixed in the new version.


  • In the previous version, even if the quantity of a Global modifier was set to 0, the Kiosk would not display these modifiers as sold out, and they are able to be selected. In the current version, this has been optimized. If a Global modifier's quantity = 0, the Kiosk will display "Sold out" and will not allow it to be selected.
Print:
  • In the old version, if Advance > General > Delivery Enable was set to "No", placing a delivery order without an address caused the customer receipt to print a blank space where the address would normally appear. In the new version, the blank space will no longer be printed if no address is provided. [Ticket #214035]     
  • In the previous version, when paying with EBT, if an item was not marked as taxable, the printed customer receipt would display an incorrect total price. This issue has now been fixed.[Ticket #215736]  
Payment:
  • In the previous version, only the CardConnect gateway supported online order recharge, the new version also allows online order recharge through Teconnect(Magensa) gateway.


  • In the previous version, once Setup > Payments > Open tab pay with a different card was enabled, the Remove pre-auth at the payment page feature would not work, and the RmAuth button would not appear on the payment page. In the current version, this issue has been fixed, and RmAuth will display normally for Open tab tickets. [Ticket #215077]
Report:
  • In this new version, we added a switch in Tools > Backoffice > Orders > Export Detail by Order Type report. When this option is checked, the exported report by order type will include the details of every ticket.
Other:
  • In the previous version, if an order included an auto tip and was saved using the save tool, the auto tip’s percentage (e.g., 18%) was converted to a fixed amount (e.g., $18). This issue has now been fixed.


  •  In the new version, we have added a switch to remove the "Print CC" button from the payment page. Configure at BackOffice > Setup > Orders > Pay > Print CC. [Ticket #213864]
  • In the new beta version, the online auto gratuity feature can now be configured separately for pickup and delivery orders. The settings can be found in BackOffice > Apps > Online Orders > Online Gratuity (% PickUp) and Online Gratuity (% Delivery). [Ticket #190192]


  • In the previous version, Tools > Map:
        1.  Sometimes displayed a blank page due to an outdated Google Maps package and an undefined variable in POS. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #213733]


2.  When checking “Ticket” , the miles shown for most of the tickets were 0 miles which is incorrect. This issue has been fixed in the new version.
  • In this new version, we added a setting in Tools > Backoffice > Apps > Online Order > Online Business Time that allows merchants to separate online business hours from store business hours. 


  • In the previous version, if the caller ID name contains the special character ‘ (apostrophe), then it will not display the number in the system. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #215328]


  • In the previous version, if you select a customer in the customer selection screen of the pickup/walkin order type and that customer name contains the special characters ‘[‘, ‘]’ or “ ‘ “, then the user would not be able to edit the customer name. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #215354]


  • In this new version, when driver selection is enabled to show clock-in drivers, it will only display users who have 'driver' in their name or belong to the driver user group. [Ticket #209527]


  • In this new version, the kiosk will follow the 'real max items' setting and adhere to the menu source (POS or online). If the source is online, it will display the first X items from the online menu. If the source is POS, it will display the first X items from the POS menu. [Ticket #213097]


  • In the new version, we add a switch to allow online webpage show online announcements every time. It can be enabled at Apps -> Online Order -> Show Online Announce Every Time. [Ticket #210977]


  • In the new version, MINT devices can send SMS receipts successfully.


  • In this new version, we have introduced a new kiosk mode called Retail Mode. It supports scannig item and checking out, inventory control, and search items by name or UPC.


  • In this new version, we allow merchants to set certain gift cards as promo cards by enabling the option in Tools > Backoffice > Apps > Gift Cards > Allow Set Gift Cards as Promo Gift Cards. Once this setting is enabled, merchants can use Issue Store Credits to add a promo card with the Reason: Promotion option checked. Merchants will also be able to mark all gift cards as promo cards (or not) in the Gift Report section. Usage of promo cards will now be listed together with regular gift cards in the User Report and Sales Report.
  • In the previous version, if the printer was set to Native Yes mode and the font set to "Lrg En", updating an order by adding a new item without modifiers or special requests caused the item to print twice on the kitchen receipt. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #206965]
  • In the current version, in New Backoffice > Setup > Taxes & Fees, we have added a new setting "Auto apply tax2 on new items". When this is checked, tax2 will be automatically selected every time when adding a new item. This applies to New Backoffice, Advanced Backoffice, and Receiving.
 New Inventory:
  • Added Batch Tracking Page:

         1): Added a new Batch Tracking page in Inventory to manage incoming stock.

         2): Allows editing and reviewing of Received Quantity, Remaining Quantity, and Cost for each batch.


  • Enhanced Stock Page:
         1): Layout and style changes

         2): Added Last Cost, Current Average Cost and Total Average Cost fields.

         3): Helps users quickly check and perform faster cost analysis.


  • Share Stock with Modifier:

         1): On the Stock page, users can now select an item and click Share Stock with Modifier.

          2): Allows linking a modifier to an item so they share the same inventory.

 Chain Loyalty:

  • Added support for Chain Loyalty, allowing multiple stores under the same chain to share loyalty members.


  • A central Main Store can be set up in the portal.


  • Other Sub Stores can be linked to the Main Store to share the same loyalty membership data.


  • This ensures customers can use their loyalty benefits across all participating locations in the chain.
