POS
Orders:
- In the old version, after setting a delay time for an item, all additional items would inherit the same delay. In the new version, we have added a switch under Setup -> Orders -> Misc -> Delay Current Item Only. When enabled, only the selected item will be delayed, and updated items will no longer inherit the delay.
- In the old version, when an item had a seat number on KDS, the seat number was displayed after the modifier/SR name in the format -- 1. In the new version, the seat number now displays immediately after the main item name in a clearer format in the format S1; the order preview page will also change accordingly.

Print:
- In the previous version, when a ticket contained both Address 1 and Address 2 (e.g., unit #), and the CC detail was set to "address", the printed CC would miss Address 2 and print Address 1 twice. In this new version, we have fixed this bug and also increased the font size.[Ticket #206477 ]

- In the previous version, customer receipts always printed the tax rate and it couldn’t be hidden. This bug is fixed in the new beta version. [Ticket #204613]
Payment:
- In the previous version, if there was a mileage note (e.g., [7.5 miles]) and a ready time, the ready time would not be printed on the customer receipt nor the kitchen ticket. In this new version, we have fixed it. [Ticket #206826]
Report:
- In this new version, it supports displaying the labor hour and labor cost in the sales report.[Ticket #187793]

In the new version, we added a switch to show the service fee on the employee report, the setting at Setup -> Report Format -> show service fee on employee report.

- In the new version, for the Employee report, a new breakdown of AG groups has been added, showing AG group sales by each user and by each AG group within the selected time range. The report can now be exported or printed. (Note: printing is limited to the first 4 AG group columns.) [Ticket #202183]

Other:
- In the new version, we have a setting at Setup -> Orders -> KDS -> Update ticket will create new ticket on PDS. When this setting is enabled, updated items will appear in a new window instead of combining with the original order.

In the new version, we have improved the retail search for UPC codes. When a merchant searches by UPC, items with the exact matching code will appear at the top, and the full UPC number will be displayed. Other UPCs containing the input will continue to be shown below.[Ticket #204623].

- In the new version, we optimized the Hold/Fire when using the delay send, hold and fire means ‘All Hold’ and ‘All Fire’’.
- In the previous version when require breakout and employee has phone number, even owner/manager didn't have breakout/in sms checked, it will still send sms to employees, in this version we fixed it [Ticket #204091]
- In the previous version, the ready time for delivery orders could not be updated when going back to edit customer information if the original ready time was incorrect. This bug has been fixed.
- In the current version, we allow customers to change the order types on kiosks. If customers have items in the cart, and hit ‘EXIT’, it will allow them to change the order type.[Ticket #203400 ]

- On the Kiosk, the bottom button label has been changed from “View your eat in order” to “View Cart”, making it easier for customers to locate the checkout option. [Ticket #129894]
