Bugs fixed notes:


POS System:

1. Order:

A. Seat Mode (3): Enable seat & line before set seat mode as 3.


2. Payment:

A. The 2nd display didn’t display the tips on the main screen. Now tips will be displayed. Make sure the “Tip First” and “Got Signature feature” are open. 

B. Term theme=8 (Last layout in POS system) closed the search function in order page. It also Closed the Kwick menu function.

C. Kwick Pay: it is set as yes, which means after payment the system will pop out print and pay. It is set as no, which means after payment the system will pop out cancel and pay to help you cancel or change tickets.


3. Report:

A. Detail removed items with voided tickets.

B. Clock in Summary Report: It includes Break in for paid and unpaid reports, overtime reports, and an edit function for manager use.

C. Sales Report: There is a "NaN" in House Cash (+share), House Cash.


4. Term:

A. KDS: Before we have time to refresh the term page, which tickets will be bunched up. 


5. Print:

A. When adding a special request as “Togo>>>” and the printer setting the Paper width as Normal, the receipt will be oblique. Now is working. Removed “add” from customer special request. Other Solution: set the printer paper width as Narrow.

B. When setting the printer paper width as Narrow, the tip line will disappear.

C. Transfer ticket from WalkIn to Delivery, before we have WalkIn in on delivery receipts. But now when you transfer it to delivery, it will print out the delivery receipt.


6. Fixed Features:

A. Void/discount reasons: disable user input reason(customized reason, only allow pre-defined reasons).

B. Employees: Roles—> Accepting shares percentage. When setting the share percentage as 50, which means they will earn 50% of total price in ticket, when this position worked with other employees.

C. A920: When clicking the “Print” button for customer receipts, the A920 doesn’t print out.


Features Release Notes:


POS System:

1. Term:

A. More language control: We have Chinese, English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnam, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Filipino, Russian in our system.


2. Report:

A. Overtime Report: Based on the law of WA, the work time is greater than 8 hr daily and 40 hr in weekly. We report the time in the summary report and individually as well.

      a. Need to enable overtime report in advanced —system—-general—-Overtime report, select daily or weekly.

      b.Only use the new back office —reporting—-clock in a report to check employees' overtime. (Weekly calculated from the selected time)

      c. The weekly report is when the overall time is greater than 40 hr. All the rest is overtime.

B. Break in & out Report:

      a. Used by employees:

           (1) They only need to clock in, and when they need a break, they need to click break times, and the system will automatically report it.

           (2) They also need to click break out when they return to work after they click break in time.

      b. Used by Manager:

           (1) Managers can check the break-in and out time report in the clock in a summary report and individual summary report.

           (2) Managers can print out and export the Excel files for analysis and payroll.

C. User Report:

      a. User report print can be disabled on by switch "open report". When an open ticket exists, you are not able to print a user report. First need to set the open report as "No" and allow this employee to see the user report in Employee’s setting. Then, this employee can only see their report but not print it out, when there is an open ticket.

      b. Employees: Set up a multi-role in the new back office. One person can have a different salary, and the payment will be together with him.


3. Released Features:

A. New PAX Devices and Progress: M8, E700, E770, L1400.

B. Save Printers: As long as the printer’s name includes “Save,” the system will identify it as a saved printer, and the printer will print the whole ticket with saved time. If not, the printer will send separate tickets to all back printers. E.g. The appetizer will be sent to the appetizer printer, and bar items will be sent to the bartender printer.

C. Menu Sync & KP Menu API

     a. Without the menu sync tag, after clicking "yes", it will still deny menu sync, prompting users to contact us for sync permission.

     b. Menu sync in the live system is not an easy task. need 100% sure before executing.
