Orders:

  • In the new version, when multiple online orders use the same phone number, the online confirmation number will be shown on the second, third, and subsequent orders to help distinguish them more clearly.
  • In the previous version, if a paid first order is paid with cash first, then cash payment is voided, and the cart was cleared, the order would be automatically added to the Saved Orders screen. This bug has been fixed in the beta version.
  • In the previous version, if an order had delayed items, the next order would show a payment warning even if it had no payment, preventing it from being combined with other orders.
  • In the new version, the Ticket Lock function has been redesigned. Configure at Advanced > Rule & Credit Card > New Ticket Lock. When enabled, it prevents multiple users from editing the same order across different terminals. Only one user can operate on a ticket at a time. If another user attempts to open or edit the same order, the system will display an alert showing which terminal is using the order, which user is editing it, and how long the order has been open.
Print:
  • In the old version, customer information might not print on the online printer or payment printer when special characters were included in the customer name or notes. For example, this could happen with a delivery order name containing "&", or a pickup order note containing "[", "]", ",", or "&". This has been fixed in the new version.
  • In the new version, a new option has been added to hide the extra tip line and tip suggestions on the credit card receipt when an order has gratuity. Configure at Setup > Tips > Hide Extra Tip Line/Suggestion on CC Receipt When Order Has Gratuity. [Ticket #271361]
Report:
  • In the new version, merchants will be able to select specific on-book orders for customers to pay on Tools > Onbook report
  • In the previous version, If manual shift is set to no, pay out record cannot be deleted from the payout page. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #274825]
  • In the old version, the selected order in QuickMenu (BackOffice) did not match the display order on the home screen menu page; this issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #275321]
  • In the previous version, updating a subitem price in Advanced Menu would cause the page to jump to another item after saving; this issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #275204]
  • In the new version, automatic email reports can be configured for both the Daily Clock-In Report and the Monthly Clock-In Report. Configure at Employees > Users > Edit > Auto Email Reports. [Ticket #275623]
Other:
  • In the new version, whenever a user changes the gateway information or MagTek processor, a support ticket will be automatically created. If it is a remote user session, the support ticket will also record the user's id and username.
  • In the new version, you can now color code items by category on the KDS. This feature can be set up by navigating to Setup > Orders > KDS > KDS CATEGORY COLORS. Then, select the desired color for each category. On the KDS, the color will be displayed on the right side of each item according to the category it belongs to. [Ticket #274092]
  • In the new version, we can hold the “Shift” key on the keyboard to select multiple items at once when attaching items to a modifier group, instead of adding the modifier to each item one by one. [Ticket #270004]
  • In the new version, a new Onbook Report alert feature has been added. Merchants can enable Onbook Report alerts to send real-time SMS notifications to the owner.[Ticket #270259]
  • In the new version, an Email Invoice feature has been added to the Onbook Report page, allowing merchants to send invoices by email directly from the report.[Ticket #270260]
  •  In the new version, a Smart Pricing feature has been added to calculate suggested prices for items with quantity based on the last entered cost and the target gross margin, using the formula: Price = Cost ÷ (1 - Margin%). Merchants can apply margin percentages to all eligible items, specific categories, or individual items, and the system will generate suggested prices accordingly. A rounding option is also available to format suggested prices so they end in 9. Merchants can also review and manually adjust the suggested prices before applying them, and once confirmed, the new prices will overwrite the current prices in the system. Configure at: Inventory > Smart Pricing.
  • A virtual keyboard has been added for Quick Add (right-click on an item) when the terminal is set to have no physical keyboard. [Ticket #272403]
  • In the new version, users can clock in/out and break in/out directly from the Kitchen Display. Configure at "Setup > Orders > KDS > KDS Clock In/Out".
  • In the new version, three additional taxes—Tax4, Tax5, and Tax6—have been added to support retail multi-tax requirements in certain states. Configure them at Setup > Taxes & Fees, then assign them to items in the menu.

  1. To apply Tax4, Tax5, or Tax6, Tax1 must be applied first. It is recommended to configure the tax rates in order (Tax4 → Tax5 → Tax6) and not skip levels (e.g., do not go directly to Tax6).

         2.   Additional tax will display separately from Tax1 on orders when “Tax2 Print” is enabled.

         3.  Additional tax will be shown separately from Tax1 on User Report / Sales Report / Monthly Sales Report.

    •  In the new version, the second phase of Inventory has been added with a new Inventory Recipe feature. Configure at Menu > Item > Recipe. You can assign a recipe to a main item so that when the item is sold, the related ingredient inventory will be deducted automatically based on the configured recipe. A linked modifier option is also available, which means when that modifier is sold, it will be treated as consumption of the main item, and the corresponding recipe inventory will also be deducted. In addition, a Recipe Report page has been added to show recipe usage, ingredient consumption, cost, and profit. Configure at: Inventory > Recipe Report. For detailed instructions, please reach out to our support or tech team.
    • A new Loyalty Earn Rule has been added, allowing new customers to earn points upon joining the loyalty program—whether online, via the customer display, or through the Loyalty.
    • Loyalty Program – Redeem Item Rule: When multiple items are eligible under the same rule, users can select which item to redeem. This feature is currently supported only on the payment page and is not available for Pay First orders. [Ticket #275887]
