Release Notes (05/13/2026)

Orders:

• In the previous version, when the second language was set to Spanish, the order preview still displayed the tip label in Chinese (“小费”). In the new version, it will use the customized tip name as the tip name.

• In the new version, for weight items, clicking the “+” button in the cart provides a switch to choose whether to prompt a window to add a new weight item or add the same weight item directly to the cart. Configure at Setup > Orders > Misc > Quick + for Weight Items.

• In the new version, when using a second display on the Payment page, the main screen will show whether the payment was successful or failed, so staff can clearly see the payment result.

• In the new version, when selecting the driver for delivery orders, you can now filter to show only users with the driver role. This can be enabled in Advanced > System > General > Driver Selection > All Drivers. [Ticket #302347]

Payment: 

• In the previous version, when Customer Display signature was enabled and payment was made using EBT, the Customer Display did not skip the tip and signature. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #293820]

• In the previous version, if an order had gratuity and was first partially paid by card, and then cash, then the printed total and gratuity amount displayed on the credit card receipt was incorrect. [Ticket #276464]

Report: 

• In reports, Kiosk orders were previously listed under the DRIVER user. In the new version, they will be listed under SELF. [Ticket #296881]

• In the new version, we have provided an Export PDF button for New Backoffice > Reporting > Month Sale, By Order Type, and Sales Report, allowing users to export the displayed report information as a PDF. [Ticket #273405]

• In the new version, we add an Export PDF button under Reporting > Sales Chart and Reporting > Sales Overview, allowing users to export the displayed report information as a PDF.

• In the new version, for the new Inventory system, we added an Export PDF button in New Backoffice > Inventory > Batch Tracking, allowing users to export the displayed report information as a PDF.

Other:

• In the previous version, if an order contained only one item with a local modifier, the KDS would generate an error and fail to display the order. This issue has been fixed in the new version. [Ticket #297424]

• In the previous version, when deleting/refunding a Factor4 gift card transaction in the refund page, the refunded amount is not deducted from the Factor4 gift card balance.  This issue has been fixed in the new version. 

Online:

• In the new version, KwickMenu and QR table ordering will support tax before discount.

• In the new version, KwickMenu and QR table ordering will support tax4, tax5, and tax6.

• In the new version, if a subitem is set with a quantity of 0, the online menu will mark the subitem as sold out.

• In the new version, the Happy Hour Schedule function has been applied to Online Orders and QR Table Orders. Configure at Advanced Menu > Schedule > Highlight a Specific Schedule > Apply Online.
