Orders:
  • In previous versions, items with configured On Time restrictions could still be added using the “+” button on the Cart page if they were already included in an open ticket, even after the configured time range had expired. This bug has been fixed. 
    • Added a new setting under Employee > Roles > Order Type. Merchants can now configure which order types are available to users assigned to each role.
    • Added a new setting under Setup > Orders > Misc > Kiosk BOGO to control whether BOGO promotions are applied to kiosk orders. [Ticket #304331]
    • In the previous version, when a customer had multiple addresses under the same phone number, selecting the second or third address and then editing it would automatically switch back to the first address. This issue has been fixed in the new version.
    • In the new version, a setting has been added to support California tax regulations for mandatory gratuities. When enabled, sales tax will be calculated on gratuity amounts in addition to the meal subtotal. Configure at Setup > Taxes and Fees > Gratuity is Subject to Sales Tax.  This setting applies to POS and QR Table orders with mandatory gratuities. It does not apply to Online Orders, regardless of whether the tip is entered online or added at the store.
    Print:
    • In the new version, a switch has been added to record print counts for both front and back printing. Configure at Setup > Order > Printing > print round number on kitchen tickets.
    • In the new version, when using New Salon and performing a combined payment, the system will print all assigned servers in the customer receipt.
    • In the new version, a user permission has been added for “Reprint to Kitchen.” Configure it under User Permissions to control which users can access the reprint to kitchen function.

    Payment: 

    • In Backoffice > Setup > Orders > Pay > Pay with Link, you can now send a payment link to customers via sms and email.

    Report: 

    • In the new version, a Payout Report has been added to track payout records and allow edits. The report also logs who made each change. For historical records, only editing is allowed; adding or deleting records is not permitted. The report can be accessed at BackOffice > Reporting > Payout Report.  [Ticket #305918]

    Other:

    • In the new version,  the adjusted tip entered from the credit page is now displayed on the e-receipt. [Ticket #306317]
    • Added a new setting that allows users with Change Server permission to change the server assigned on any order, even if they are not the ticket owner. This feature is available when Setup > Orders > Misc > Allow Staff with Change Server Permission to Change Server on Any Order is enabled. [Ticket #312234]
    • In the new version, a new loyalty setting has been added for merchants who do not want the remaining balance of an order to continue earning loyalty points after points have been redeemed. Configure at Loyalty > Stop Earning Points on Orders That Redeemed Points (Remaining Balance Earns Nothing). [Ticket #303306]
    • In the new version, a new user permission has been added for the Price Tool. Configure it under User Permissions and enable the Price Tool option for each user as needed.
    • In the new version, a switch has been added for staff clock out. When enabled, clocking out requires manager approval. Configure at App > Clock-In > Require manager approval for staff clock out. 
    • In the new version, all item categories are now available for selection when creating new items, regardless of whether they currently contain items set to display in the POS. 
    • In the new version, the Waiting List now supports a virtual keyboard when the terminal keyboard is disabled. 
    • In the new version, Dejavoo terminal information such as MID, TPN, and serial number can now be viewed by clicking the CC IP under Terminal Page.
    • In the new version, a setting has been added on the New Salon Reservation to allow popular items to be set on the reservation screen, so users can quickly select them when creating a salon reservation. Configure at apps > salon setting > reservation.

    Online:

    • In the new version, card brand icons (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) have been added to the Privacy & Policy page for better payment method clarity. 
    • In the new version, the issue has been fixed where failed orders incorrectly showed “Will pay at store” in the message while the online portal displayed “Paid online.” The payment method now displays correctly.
    • In the new version, customers will be able to view items ordered in previous rounds during the same dining session.[Ticket #297357]
